myHEALTHware will allow your clinic to fulfill several 2014 Meaningful Use objectives; these are as follows:

Stage I

  1. Patient Electronic Access (View, Download and Transmit): Provide patients the ability to view online, download and transmit their health information within four business days of the information being available to the EP.
  2. Clinical Summaries: Provide clinical summaries for patients for each office visit.

Stage 2

  1. Patient Electronic Access (View, Download and Transmit): Provide patients with the ability to view online, download and transmit their health information within four business days of the information being available to the EP.
  2. Clinical Summaries: Provide clinical summaries for patients for each office visit.
  3. Use Secure Electronic Messaging: Use secure electronic messaging to communicate with patients on relevant health information.
  4. Summary of Care: The EP who transitions their patient to another setting of care or provider of care or refers their patient to another provider of care should provide summary care record for each transition of care or referral.

Follow the instructions below to activate and begin using myHEALTHware today!

Activate myHEALTHware

To activate myHEALTHware on your SOAPware system, follow the instructions detailed below. Please note that if you are currently using SOAPware's Patient Portal version 1, once you activate myHEALTHware, your patient's version 1 portal accounts will no longer be connected to their SOAPware chart. Your patient's will need to enroll in a new myHEALTHware account in order to view their medical summary online.

1. Open the myHEALTHware Activate Screen

Click on Tools > myHEALTHware > Activate.

2. Enter the Activation Code

Enter the following access key to activate myHEALTHware: 932E4E51-E2B3-4BD2-8EFD-328E4A2B6EEA

Once finished, click the Activate button to proceed.
