Scrubber will reject electronic claims that are missing Provider Signature
If a Provider's signature is missing in Provider Manager, a new scrubber rule has been added in the Claims Manager to reject the claim until a signature has been added.
If the Provider's signature is missing from Provider Manager->Signature tab, this message will display during the scrubbing process, and the claim will not pass to the Ready to Submit section until the signature has been added, and the claim is rebuilt to include the new signature.
