Downloading SMARText Medication Item Strength Updates
Medications without Strengths
Some SOAPware users recently experienced an issue where some medication strengths were unavailable. This issue has been resolved and all strengths have been restored, but some medication items may need to be updated.
If you see a medication item that does not contain a strength that was previously available (as shown in the screenshot above), please follow the instructions below to update the medication item.
Download Item Updates
Right click on the medication header (i.e. the medication name), then select Download Item Updates.
