Export the Schedule
This lesson will demonstrate how to export the clinics schedule.
Export the Schedule
- Select Scheduler.
- Click on Exports.
- Select Export Schedule.
Select the Facilities/Resources to Export
- Check the boxes of the Facilities to be shown.
- Select the Resources whose schedules need to be exported.
- Enter the range of dates to be exported.
- Select the Report Type (Basic Report or Extended Report - see description below).
- Select the desired way to sort the report (Provider or Appointment Time).
- Check to include the visit comments on the report as reference, if needed.
- Click Select. The file will be exported as a CSV file.
- Basic Report: Report includes the Appointment Time, Patient Name, Phone Number, Scheduplate, Status and Visit Comments (if checked).
- Extended Report: Report includes the Appointment Time, Patient Name, Account Number, Age, Phone Number, Scheduplate, Status, Visit Comments (if checked), Primary Insurance, Secondary Insurance, and Patient Balance.
