Double Click on the Insurance Payment line item.

Insurance Payment details dialog opens listing Claims, Claim Details and Payment Details. Sections can be hidden or expanded by clicking the arrows. Payment notes icons are highlighted when a comment is added. Click to expand and view note. Remittance details are displayed at the top.
