Resend Invitation when myHEALTHware Connection to Patient is Not Found

In previous versions, some charts were able to get into a state indicating that "A problem occurred retrieving the myHEALTHware status". The new release of SOAPware resolves this issue and allows the clinic site to reinvite the patient if a problem occurs.
