Q: How do I clear/empty a field under a field header in the Summary or a SOAPnote?
A: Clearing/emptying fields in the patients Summary or SOAP Note chart section only requires a few steps. See below for an example of how to empty/clear the contents within the Medication field.
- Right-click on the field header (e.g. Medications).
- Select Empty Medications from the list in the display window.
