Q: How can handouts print automatically with other Document Designs?

A:  A command to Print Selected Handouts, can be placed on a Document Design.  If handouts are selected, they will automatically print with the Document Design.

  1. Click on Tools on the menu bar.
  2. Click on Document Designer.

  1. Click to highlight the design to place the print command.
  2. Click OK.
