Send a Copy of Document to the Encounter
SOAPware contains a feature that allows you to take any document and send a copy of the document to the most recent encounter. Simply right-click on the document tab (orange tab) and then select "Send Copy to Encounter".
This will create a PDF copy of the document and attach it to the most recent encounter. Many clinicians like to use this feature to attach labs, radiology reports, or a copy of the Summary to the office visit note.
