myHEALTHware Enrollment Authorization Failed
Some charts may experience a situation where the authorization of the myHEALTHware account failed. This can occur if the patient enters a name that is different from the name on their SOAPware chart (includes misspellings of the name).
When this occurs, the clinic user can click on the myHEALTHware icon on the chart tab to identify that this chart's authorization has failed. This dialog will display the name of the chart in SOAPware and the name that the patient entered upon myHEALTHware registration. Prior to authorizing the connection, the clinic should ensure that the patient who is trying to connect to this chart is the correct patient.
If the clinic is unsure or determines that this is not the correct patient, the clinic user should Reject the authorization and then contact the patient to confirm that the invitation was sent to the correct email address or phone number. The clinic can then re-send the invitation for the patient to accept and complete the connection process.
